The 3 story Tank House is a romantic retreat with a private porch overlooking the majestic oaks in the Heart of the Hill Country. This home features a beautifully decorated living space, a luxurious bathroom, a wrought-iron spiral staircase leading to a large bedroom, and a cellar kitchenette with a dining area. This property sits on 20 acres right off Main Street. Its approximately a 1 minute drive to Main Street and the heart of Fredericksburg!!  Wild life daily!
We love all our pets! We welcome all furry friends for $50/pet per stay.
We also have a sports bar on property. Our operating hours are Thursday/ Friday from 5pm-11pm Saturday/ Sunday from 12pm-11pm and Monday from 5pm-11pm
We also have a sports bar on property within walking distance of the BNBs (Big Red Barn). The Barn at Rock House Sports and Spirits. Our operating hours are Thursday/ Friday from 5pm-11pm Saturday/ Sunday from 12pm-11pm and Monday from 5pm-11pm
The bar is not part of the BNBs and will only be available during operating hours. The BARN fire pit, sitting area, patio, game room, kitchen and outdoor corn hole game area are OFF LIMITS AFTER HOURS. If the police are called because a guest is caught on camera in any of the areas mentioned above after hours there will be a non-refundable $500 fee charged to your card. Fredericksburg TX hosts CHRISTMAS DECORATION annually at its MARKETPLATZ with caroling in English and German!!! There is an ICE BAUN as well for Ice Skating with the kiddos!! Â
